Small Camera Big Pictures Micro Four Thirds Explained. I recently became aware of a website that does an excellent job explaining the benefits of the smaller Micro Four Thirds cameras and why they produce such high quality images with such a small sensor. You can get to this very interesting but technical site with this link.

There is lots of technical details describing many details I had no idea about. I just knew that the MFT images speak for themselves. But this website tells you why. It’s a technical read but there are a few things easy to digest such as the

Camera and lens matching simulator.

Camera and lens matching simulator.

Matching Simulation, which is an online tool to visually combine any MFT lens and camera. Just being able to see the camera is not all that exciting but it does allow you to go through all the MFT lenses and cameras and gives you an idea of the vast number of optical tools available for this category of cameras.
