Question from Michael J. Amphlett

Posted Oct. 8th, 2014 by Daniel J. Cox

Hi Daniel – how come the two blog pictures of the new Olympus 40-150 f2.8 show such different looking lenses..? i.e. the one at the top of the blog and, the second one down, with the lens attached to a ‘wet-look’ OM-D…? The top pics looks like a totally different beast, despite the labeling of 40-150…? Have I missed something…?

Cheers! Mike

Michael, the top image has the lens hood attached and is retracted. The bottom image of the lens connected to the camera is missing the lens hood all together. Thanks for your keen observation and for adding your voice to the conversation.
