Just a quick one to say thanks for the post on YouTube re the screws in the Olympus 1.4 tele converter.. mine (bought August 2019) was starting to move around a bit.. I didn’t even think the screws could be the issue.. I googled the problem and saw your video.. just looked and 6 of the 8 screws were loose!! Not good… but luckily I caught them before I lost them.. shame as on the whole I love the Olympus kit ..using it with an Em1x and 300mm Pro..
I might carefully try some thread seal
