Panasonic Lumix G7 Just Announced

Panasonic Lumix G7 just announced. The Panasonic Lumix G7 is a new Lumix camera that is a middle-of-the-road body in the Micro Four Thirds format for those interested in small compact cameras with tremendous bang for your buck. The G7 does not replace the top-of-the-line GH4 but is more like a smaller brother to the GH4. It has many of the features of the GH4 with some added tricks that have been perfected from its older sibling, like the 4K Photo Mode.

To see the 4K Photo Mode in action, take a look at a post I did from last fall titled: The Lumix Diaries LX100 Colorado Avalanche and Nate MacKinnon. The G7 takes 30 frames per second to a whole different level. Its claim to fame is the ability to shoot still images at 30 frames per second, but it’s also lighter and more compact with tremendous image quality to boot. Take a look at the video above for more information.
