2014 Japan Winter Wildlife Photography Tour II

15 photographs

Trip notes

Japan in the worst snow storm ever! About 3 inches and nowhere to put it. But it didn’t mess with our trip at all. I didn’t think I would enjoy the red crested cranes but they were awesome. I loved their mating dances. The snow monkeys were so cute and the overnight accommodations were amazing. A dive into the real culture of Japan. The food took some getting use to but Tanya supplemented us with the goodie box.

2014 Canadian Rockies Fall Photography Tour

Trip notes

Always wanted to see the Canadian Rockies and Tanya made sure we saw it in style. Awesome accommodations and a great group of people. Beautiful scenery and Dan taught us a lot about back lighting.

What an unforgettable trip! Rocked to sleep each night on the boat, searching for whales by day and laughing all evening. Wish I could have stayed for the second tour also.
