2018 Bosque del Apache Bird and White Sands Photography Tour I

25 photographs

Trip notes

What a wonderful trip with Dan, Tanya and Jill. Not only did we have fabulous shooting experiences at Bosque del Apache and White Sands but Tanya threw in a couple of great surprises too. After such a thoroughly good trip – with friends, old and new, amazing wildlife and beautiful locations – it’s hard to distill the images taken into just 25.

2016 Ultimate Madagascar Photography Tour I

25 photographs

Trip notes

Madagascar with Dan, Tanya is a must. What a great adventure. Our local guide Tahiana enriched the trip so much with his attention to every detail and his vast knowledge. The problem in presenting this gallery is how to do the trip justice in 25 pictures? I have so many more that I love. Here’s a humble representation of what we experienced.

2015 Svalbard Photography Tour

25 photographs

Trip notes

It wasn’t until day 5 that we saw polar bears but we were entertained by so much superb wildlife. I’d been to Svalbard before but we saw more and saw it better this time – Reindeer, Puffins, Walrus as well as many types of birds and, of course, polar bears.

2014 Alaska Brown Bear Photography Tour

25 photographs

Trip notes

Rainy days didn’t dampen our spirits or keep us inside. The bears were a bit scarce apparently but we photographed 9 different ones, including 4 cubs. The puffins were spectacular. The food was amazing. Great trip!

2013 Maned Wolf, Hyacinth Macaw, Bearded Capuchin Monkey Photo Tour

25 photographs

Trip notes

Absolutely fabulous tour. It wasn’t a white fluffy towel job but we knew that going in. We stayed in rustic huts at the camps and that added to the feeling of being somewhere special. Apart from us, the guide, the camp owner and his wife we didn’t see anyone else for days. The trip surpassed all my expectations. The locations were remote, the air was clear and the weather and wildlife cooperated brilliantly.

2013 Brazil Pantanal Jaguar Wildlife Expedition

25 photographs

Trip notes

Another wonderful trip. We wanted jaguars, of course, and we were fortunate in having several sightings each day, some momentary, others for an hour. We also saw so much more. It’s hard to limit the album to 25 pictures as we must have seen 50+ species.
