My favorite trip of all time!!! ;o) I can do (and have done) this trip again and again!!! Fantastic!!

To be quite honest . . . I went on this trip for my husband to be able to finally have a trip on HIS bucket list. I hadn’t anticipated how much fun I would have photographing castles and landscapes, as wildlife is really MY passion. I also hadn’t anticipated how truly beautiful Scotland is, how good the food, or how adorable “fuzzy cows” and baby lambs could be. And then there was the special opportunity at Roslyn Chapel, puffins on the Isle of Longa, and the birds of prey at Dalhousie Castle (along with a dinner in the dungeon) to make for a really unexpected and incredibly fun trip!! And I got to test out shooting 100% on my Panasonic micro 4/3 camera on this trip!!

Kenya is literally my favorite place on the planet and the opportunity to get to experience it with Dan & Tanya is always an absolute thrill. I could do this trip over and over and over!!! Exceptional!!!

Alaska is my favorite place in the US to photograph and Katmai is just an incredibly special place to have an intimate encounter with Coastal Brown Bears!!! This trip certainly didn’t disappoint!!!

SUCH an incredible experience!! So much more breadth of wildlife subjects than I ever expected for this trip and just an inspiring environment in which to travel and photograph!! I think I have a new “favorite” place in the world for certain and have a much better understanding of it’s fierceness and fragility since having the special opportunity to be there!! Truly magical!

This is an incredible trip and the opportunities for such intimate encounters with leopards was by far exceptional and AWE-some in the truest sense of the word!!!

Such an amazing trip!! Dan & Tanya always provide such incredible opportunities for us to learn, shoot and enjoy!! This was SUCH a fun trip and we had a great time, not only photographing, but ziplining, kayaking and swimming in the ocean. The night/macro shoots were SUPER fun and such an adventure!! We had lots of monkeys and even little babies, which was especially a highlight. Such diversity and variety! As always such a wonderful group to travel with and so fantastic to have Esteban as our guide! Incredible trip!!

I LOVE this trip!!! ;o) Silver Salmon Creek lodge does an exceptional job and is a very special place!! These bears are just SOOO incredible to be on the ground with!! SUCH an amazing experience! As always, traveling with Dan & Tanya is beyond par and on this trip in particular, I have not had as much fun traveling with any group ever!! We laughed until we cried, literally!! Super fun and amazing wildlife and photographic opportunities!!

Wow!! What an incredible experience!! I went for the Snow Monkeys. After seeing the Snow Monkeys, I felt like I could have returned home thoroughly content. Their expressions and mannerisms had me captivated and I could hardly force myself to come in out of the cold for a snack and hot cocoa before heading out to just sit again mesmerized by their playful antics and soulful looks. I practically had to get kicked out of the park as the light faded for the day! Yes, after spending time with the Snow Monkeys, I could have returned home a VERY “happy camper,” but I would have missed so many other amazing opportunities! The serendipitous high key opportunity in which to shoot the Whooper Swans thrilled me almost equally! The dancing Red-Capped Cranes, Black Eared Kites, White Tailed Eagles and the enormous Stellar Sea Eagles were all truly magnificent!! And the Japanese Red fox . . . a delightful surprise!! Just wonderful!!! (as ALWAYS with Natural Exposures/Dan & Tanya!!)

I had high expectations for this trip, having been on it the year before. This year was totally different. Very high water made for a different and at times challenging shooting experience, but none the less as ALWAYS it was an incredible trip with Dan & Tanya!!! It made me appreciate even more the beauty and wonder of it all and just how very precious the opportunity to see these absolutely breathtaking jaguars truly is!!! The birdlife, Giant river otters, and other wildlife are worth the trip alone and to see and be with the jaguars is an experience I just don’t have adequate words to describe! Nothing short of moving and magical!!

Much more than I expected!!! I’ve had experience with my stepdad, a marine biologist, looking for marine wildlife and knew how elusive the kinds of behaviors that make great photographs can be. We were greatly rewarded with both variety of species and variety of behaviors, as well as quite good weather and spectacular scenery. It was a great trip with fun people . . . pretty much a given when traveling with Dan & Tanya!!! Thanks again for another amazing adventure!

What a wonderful way to spend a belated honeymoon!! I expected beautiful landscapes from this trip. What I did not expect was the fun and beauty in the opportunities to witness and photograph tango dancers Yasmina and Emmanuel! Just lovely! AND the wildlife was beyond my imagination. I had no idea that we would be blessed with the opportunity to photograph so many different wildlife species – – especially babies!! What fun!!! Another spectacular trip with a wonderful group of fellow adventurers!

Macchu Picchu has been on my “bucket list” before I ever had an idea of what that meant as a child so getting to spend time at this sacred site was a dream come true. We got to see and shoot so much more than “just” Macchu Picchu! Another fantastic trip with the dynamic duo of Dan & Tanya!

Wow! What a powerful experience!! I knew we’d see beautiful birds and I knew we’d have opportunities to see and photograph jaguars . . . I never expected to have the absolute incredible opportunities to be so up close and intimate with these amazing creatures!! Just truly AWE-some! Any the diversity was spectacular as well! I definitely want to go back!! Dan & Tanya are the absolute best to travel with!! Just wonderful! Thank you!!

Another fantastic trip!! The guides were superb and the wildlife opportunities were incredible!! The accommodations and food were top notch as well! This trip especially is testament to the fabulous care both Dan & Tanya and their local crew show their guests! I had been in a serious car accident months prior to this trip and was not back to 100% by the time to depart on this adventure! I could not have enjoyed it so thoroughly without the thoughtful attention to my needs while on this trip!! Absolutely wonderful and special experience!!

Such an amazing experience to be walking on the same level as the bears!! So awesome to experience the wildness of both Alaska and the bears while at the same time having such a homey atmosphere of the lodge, staff, guests and delicious meals. Incredible!!

Fantastic trip!! this was my very first trip with Dan & Tanya, as a “rookie” to wildlife and nature photography. It was such a great experience and I learned so much! I also became “hooked” both on traveling with Natural Exposures, and with the whole travel photography experience. On this trip I was introduced to so many fun experiences – – capturing images at night, “freezing” hummingbirds in flight, shooting in a variety of lighting situations, “action” shooting; as well as a deep respect for the animals and their fragile environments. This was also my first experience with macro photography, which has since become a passion! Fabulous trip!! I would LOVE to go again! And . . . obviously I “loved” shooting the frogs!!
