Apple Updates Camera RAW Adding the Panasonic GH3

Posted Nov. 29th, 2012 by Daniel J. Cox

For anyone thinking that Apple isn’t serious about Aperture, the recent lightning fast updates to Camera RAW seem to prove otherwise. I just got back from Churchill to find an OSX message that included information about a new ITunes and Camera RAW update. One of the cameras included in that update is the just released Panasonic Lumix GH3. As far as I know this camera hasn’t even been available in the states for more than a day or two and worldwide for maybe a week. Apple has really upped the speed for Camera RAW support and that’s great news for all of us that love Aperture and want to stay as current as possible with the new cameras being released. Just click on the Apple logo in the top left corner of your screen and select Check for Updates.
