    • "Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Reserve is an amazing place where birds, such as the sandhill crane, migrate during the winter. Like clockwork thousands of birds arrive in waves during sunrise to a lake. Then after a bit, thousands of birds leave the lake in waves creating incredible photographic opportunities. Then at sunset the spectacle is repeated. And speaking of sunset, one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever witnessed happened our first evening of shooting. If you like to photograph birds this is the trip for you."

    • I have for the first time ever seen the picture of the mother polar and her cub huddling over her dead cub. I was never so moved and it will forever remain in my mind...maybe we need to have that photograph in the public eye again so we can all remember how tough life is for wildlife...and that without nature, humans will not survive.

    • "I want to thank you for the most inspiring trip I've ever taken. Africa is forever in my heart & soul. It was more fabulous than I could ever imagined. And thank you so much for all the hours of preparation and the sweat & worry that I'm sure went into the trip. It was glorious..the accommodations were fabulous (love the elephants on my veranda!), the food was scrumptious (thanks for the extra lbs!) and everything was smooth and relaxing. I really liked the photo instructions too...learned alot from Dan and the others. It was a very fun group! Thank you for everything and I hope to join you again soon."

    • "We just got home a few hours ago... First, let me say that this was the best trip we've taken in a long time !!!! So, kudos and many thanks to you and Dan and Luka for making this holiday such a treat !!! We always thought that Italy would always be our favorite holiday destination, as we've been there so often, but we may have to revisit that notion now that we've experienced Croatia !!! We had a such a wonderful time: you guys have created an optimal blend of photo tour with great meals, great walks and plenty of "free time" to allow everyone to do their own "thing" ... I've been on many other "photo tours" but this one was head and shoulders above the rest.... so thank you for that.... We look forward to future trips !!!!"

      L. Chartrand, Alberta

    • "In the truest sense, expert guides in all the fauna and flora of Kenya and greater East Africa accompanied by a wizened mentor of photography."

      Steven Chang, Hawaii
