I started out as an artist, painting portraits and landscapes, but the camera opened up a whole new vista for still seeing through an artist's eye, but to capturing unique moments and patterns besides the iconic landmarks. I have been an avid photographer for many years. Because I spent a lot of years working along side my husband in the Middle East, we were given a marvelous opportunity to travel and see the many sights of the Middle East, Africa and Far East. While overseas, I was an event photographer for our business group, our client, and ladies events. Now that I am stateside, wildlife and travel photography are now my main focus.
