2010 Yellowstone, Gerry Heine

“We spent each day out in the park in our own private snow coach with an experienced driver/guide. This was my first experience in deep snow and very cold temperatures, so it was a new experience. The wildlife was abundant and scenery was great. We spent several hours on day watching a wolf pack hunt an elk, which the guide had never seen before. Bison, elk, wolves, coyote, bald eagles, and many types of duck were just some of the wildlife we saw. Yellowstone covered with snow is completely different from the park you see in the summertime.”
