"Madagascar has been on my bucket list for a number of years and the recent trip exceeded all expectations--up close and personal encounters with endemic wildlife of all kinds (those lemurs give new definition to cute!) combined with the signature Natural Exposures touches: seamless logistics orchestrated with a smile and patient coaching, if needed, for photographers of every skill level."
Freddy Gamble, New York
"Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Reserve is an amazing place where birds, such as the sandhill crane, migrate during the winter. Like clockwork thousands of birds arrive in waves during sunrise to a lake. Then after a bit, thousands of birds leave the lake in waves creating incredible photographic opportunities. Then at sunset the spectacle is repeated. And speaking of sunset, one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever witnessed happened our first evening of shooting. If you like to photograph birds this is the trip for you."

"Tanya/Dan are a dynamic duo! There are not enough adjectives in the dictionary to cover the entire breath of their combined strengths. Fair, attention to detail, supportive of everyone’s needs, ability to get things done, did I mention down right good people, and on and on. We hope there will be a trip in the future that we could take advantage of."

"An excellent four days of exploring Yellowstone Park at this magical time of year. We were able to see and photograph many of the residents of the Park including bison, coyotes, elk, trumpeter swans, and bald eagles. There are very few human visitors to the Park during the winter and acccess is limited which is wonderful for photographing from many of the iconic locations. My first wildlife photo trek but it will not be my last."
Tom Stewart, Ontario, Canada
"Yellowstone is truly an amazing place anytime of the year, but to be there in winter provides a special glimpse into its many dimensions. With Dan’s eye, and the Bigfoot snow coach for a touch of warmth and comfort, we had a great adventure into winter wonderland. The animals were close and really quite cooperative, and we had many places, including Old Faithful and Norris Geyser Basin, all to ourselves. Dan really does make a mean cup of hot chocolate, and Tanya’s lunches were exceptional. We traded lots of information, and best of all, we had fun!"
Holly Brown, Montana
"Winter is the perfect time to visit Yellowstone. No crowds, few vehicles, wonderful scenic landscapes covered with snow, and many animals actively trying to survive the harsh conditions. Yes, it’s cold – but if you follow Dan and Tanya’s instructions for gear you will be fine. Headed back in 2015!!!"
Dave and Shiela Glatz, Illinois
"This was an amazing tour for nature, wildlife and scenery. I got to see Old Faithful and the mud pits. I saw eagles, elk and coyotes. Totally terrific! Another first class trip by Dan and Tanya!!"
Michelle Duggan, Massachusetts
"We spent each day out in the park in our own private snow coach with an experienced driver/guide. This was my first experience in deep snow and very cold temperatures, so it was a new experience. The wildlife was abundant and scenery was great. We spent several hours on day watching a wolf pack hunt an elk, which the guide had never seen before. Bison, elk, wolves, coyote, bald eagles, and many types of duck were just some of the wildlife we saw. Yellowstone covered with snow is completely different from the park you see in the summertime."
Gerry Heine, Texas
"This was my first trip with Dan, Tanya, and Jill. It was a blast! Everything was well planned, from the pre-trip package and information, to phone tips from Dan, extending all the way through the trip. Dan knew just where to go in the park for great shots and helped all of us to get more proficient with our gear. I’m looking forward to my next Natural Exposures adventure later this year!!!"
Steve Ault, California
"This was an amazing tour of Croatia. The Old Town of Dubrovnik is an amazing walled off city. On to Hvar, a very quaint town on the water. Spent some time in Split, then onto the National Park that has an amazing array of water falls. Spent some time in Rovinj, another Old Town, picturesque. Last stop, Zagreb, the capitol of Croatia. The amazing Old Town could keep you there for days!!! Lots of walking, beautiful weather, new friends and old friends made for a perfect trip!!"
Michelle Duggan, Massachusetts
"A photo tour that exceeded expectations. Beautiful in all respects. Amazing scenery, towns and cities. The people were warm and gracious. The members of the tour group were great. The tour guide was excellent. Tanya and Dan were the best in seeing we all had a great time!"
